    Thanks a lot! It’s actually a glass bottomed serving tray that I found in an antique shop, bought, took apart and then cleaned up and tried to make my own. Based on the appearance of the glass and the original print that was in it, I’d guess it was from the 60′s or 70′s – not much earlier. My current dilemma is whether or not to replace the glass and make it back into a functional tray. I designed the piece to function that way, but doing so will ultimately crush down the fur, and lose a lot of the rich depth that you can see in the pictures…An artists’ struggle, I guess!
